Services

We provide AI strategy sessions, workshops, consulting, and related digital resources. Descriptions and pricing may change.

Payments, rescheduling, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are due as stated at purchase. Monthly engagements renew until cancelled under the agreed minimum term. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Refunds are handled case by case unless a written agreement says otherwise.

No guarantee of results

Guidance is educational and strategic, not legal, financial, or tax advice. Results depend on your business and implementation.

Text messaging program terms

HeyAlla Updates may send messages about inquiries, appointments, services, and optional marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Read the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

HeyAlla owns site content, frameworks, templates, and materials. Clients may use deliverables for their own business but may not resell or redistribute them.

Third party tools and links

We are not responsible for third party services you choose to use.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not warrant a particular result. To the extent allowed by law, liability is capped at the amount paid to HeyAlla in the prior three months.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms. Venue is St. Johns County, Florida.
